Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understand and support IBM business strategy at global, regional and market level
• Acquire deep and updated knowledge of all SAP-related products and offerings on IBM Cloud/other Hyperscaler Cloud (AWS/AZUR/GCP etc.) and their respective end-to-end solutioning processes
• Obtain deep solutioning (technical and non-technical) skills of IBM Cloud/Multi-Cloud and RedHat products and offerings, through certification and on-going application of those skills
• Develop knowledge and solutioning skill of IBM Platform Services, RISE with SAP Premium Supplier Edition offering and IBM Consulting SAP Landscape as a Service offering
• Work closely with Clients, Sales/Technical Sales Leaders, Partners, Opportunity Owners and Senior Solution Managers, Migration Factory and various offering teams to create and obtain timely certification of winning solutions and proposals by applying knowledge of applicable offerings, leveraging relevant solutioning guidance as well as injection of innovative ideas into the solutions
• Acquire hands-on understanding and make use of IBM solutioning tools
• Follow and keep updated on latest SAP technology, application architecture and sizing methods developments and product roadmaps
• Develop good understanding of IBM Consulting offerings, assets and archetypes and consistently apply their usage where applicable throughout solutioning life cycle
• Proactively engage in various online communities and slack channels, subscribe to on-going enablement and learning events
• Promote team work by adopting and adapting to IBM processes, take ownership to suggest, provide feedback and make improvement of those processes
• During solutioning life cycle, Identify exceptions to standard offering and seek timely approvals by following applicable processes
• Reuse and/or develop innovative work arounds or custom solutions where needed to address clients requirement due to identified gaps in standard offering
• Proactively drive closed collaboration with other employees and partners to facilitate development of solutions that address client's end to end requirements
• When working as lead Cloud Solution Leader on sales opportunities, take leadership responsibility in working with other solutioners to create complete and cost effective end to end solution, and drive it towards a successful certification while meeting the deal proposal submission timeline
• Proactively obtain solution re-certification timely whenever signification changes are made to previously certified solutions
• Provide and keep regular updates of deal status to relevant stakeholders via designated solutioning workbench and communication channels
• Participate in solutioning review meeting as SME and carry out Peer Review when required or requested
• Proactively share knowledge by writing blogs, white papers and similar documentation using Lighthouse, Techblogs and other similar collaborative tools
• Provide guidance and enablement trainings to other/new members of the team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Over of at least 15 years of SAP experience, with expertise in multiple SAP cloud related products, services and offerings
• Significant SAP experience as a consultant, with work experience of multiple end to end SAP Implementation projects in divers customer environment
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, Technical Architecture of commonly used SAP Application and SAP sizing method would be key
• Knowledge of SAP development tools would be beneficial
• Expert in specific SAP module whilst also having a broad knowledge across entire SAP suite would be a plus
• Having experience in leading SAP Implementation Project / Cloud Migration Project for various SAP customers would be preferred
• Have deep knowledge / practical experience in working with SAP Business Suites, SAP HANA and S/4HANA products
• Prior experience working with IBM Power Systems would be an advantage
• Have knowledge and experience working with SAP or IBM Managed Services
• Candidates with certifications in IBM Cloud, RedHat, AWS, AZUR and SAP would be preferred
• Excellent pre-sales experience with proven ability to engage and influence customer stakeholders
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated presentation and product demonstration skills
• Ability to travel to client locations when needed
