Job Description

Key Responsibilities:





Cloud Adoption & Onboarding

Drive business and technical consultations to support client onboarding to cloud platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve challenges and ensure smooth integration. Provide recommendations for new services based on stakeholder feedback. Streamline onboarding processes and develop materials to guide project teams on available services and tools. Support the implementation of solutions to enhance adoption and service delivery.
Progress & Reporting

Provide regular updates on client onboarding progress. Deliver monthly demand and resource forecasts, proposing solutions for capacity needs. Maintain project trackers and dashboards for management reporting. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive insights.
Communication & Knowledge Sharing

Advise project teams and product owners on cloud services, standards, and processes. Keep knowledge assets and communication materials up to date with the latest platform services and policies. Partner with training teams to develop learning content and maintain knowledge repositories. Lead change management initiatives, such as townhalls, and create supporting materials.
Continuous Improvement

Optimize workflows to enhance the cloud adoption experience and reduce onboarding timelines. Collect client feedback to recommend improvements in policies, processes, and technologies. Collaborate with service providers to identify training needs and develop learning content. Explore emerging technologies and support their integration into the platform.

Qualifications & Skills:



Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry. Professional-level certification in cloud or hyper-converged infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, or VMware). Experience with at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure. Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and creative problem-solving. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
