This company is a well-known technology solutions organisation with a strong presence across the region. They are looking to hire a Cloud Platform Engineer responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of AWS platform and environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud intake, enablement, support that span across IT and business teams
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement
- Handle issues, incident, problem, and service availability
- At least associate level certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or GCP
- Eight years of experience in a customer-facing role delivering complex IT programmes
- Professional experience leading adoption of cloud services including cloud migrations
- Understanding of information security and risk management including regulatory compliance
- Strong organisational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- A track record of problem solving and ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
- A proven track record of being goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on commitments
