Job Description
We're looking for a motivated
Cloud Administrator / Operations Support Engineer
to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you'll support cloud and network operations with a strong focus onsecurity, reliability, and continuous improvement
. You'll work hands-on with Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and AWS services to help maintain a secure and resilient cloud environment.Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
Palo Alto Firewall and VPN (GlobalProtect)
configurations across environments. Operate and monitorAWS networking services
including VPCs, NAT Gateways, Load Balancers, and routing policies. Ensure network and endpoint security compliance within cloud and on-prem systems. Assist inincident, change, and problem management
following ITIL processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and strengthen cloud security. Maintain accurate documentation, system logs, and operational reports for audits and governance.What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree
in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or related discipline.AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
(or higher) andCCNA certification
are required. Practical experience in managingPalo Alto Firewalls, VPNs
, and AWS networking tools. Familiarity withendpoint protection tools
,Zero Trust
, ornetwork segmentation
principles. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. * Passionate about cloud security, compliance, and continuous learning.
