Job Description

Job Scope

To provide 24x7 Private Managed Cloud infrastructure support to ensure smooth operations that conformed to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). To perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities such as service requests, report generation, incident response, patch management. To perform Cloud infrastructure monitoring and escalation as per standard operations procedures To assist the customer in solving issues related to Private Managed Cloud platforms. To provide support to users on a variety of system technologies including Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, Hypervisor and Middleware.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years of experience in IT industry Must have experience in Cloud environment like AWS, Azure and EC2 Must have experience in physical server, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2012 R2/2016/2019, Linux/Unix and Active Directory Experienced in Server Backup
