Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and has the necessary skills to perform at Trapeze Rec. Club (TRC). Club crew will be tasked with assisting in providing high quality guest experience and club operations. Club crew will report directly to the Club Manager.
Job Scope

• Build strong relationships with guests, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment
• Ensure a premium guest experience throughout the entire club
• Keep up to date with all club offerings, packages / pricing / promotions / membership T&Cs, and know how to communicate them effectively to guests
• Educate guests / make recommendations of programming for them
• Implement and follow all TRC standard operating principles to ensure operational excellence
• Frequently check and reply to member emails / inquiries according to TRC SOPs, in a timely manner
• Ensure all essential club supplies are never out and oversee procurement with external vendors
• Troubleshoot any technical and physical issues with the club, report any problems to the club manager and help to resolve them in a timely manner
• Assist Club Manager, Canteen Manager and Chief of Staff wherever necessary

• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Comfortable with technology (apps, booking systems and platforms / POS / Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, confidence in connecting with people of all demographics
• Comfortable in ambiguity, and an agile problem solver with high attention to detail
• Have high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity, and excellent work ethic
• Proactive, open, and flexible mindset and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment where we value constant iteration and improvement through constructive feedback
