As the Cluster Credit Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards for both Hotel properties - Conrad Centennial Singapore and Conrad Singapore Orchard:

• Perform daily reconciliation of House Accounts billings for billings to Owning Company, GrabFood, Oddle and other e-commerce platforms.
• Perform daily reconciliation of Hilton Honours reimbursement invoices.
• Perform daily reconciliation of travel agency commission and ensure accruals are made for unbilled commission at month end.
• Assist with the creation of Group Master accounts and attend to all billing queries received.
• Review Group Master transactions on daily basis and raise invoices for direct billing of audited banquet checks to Corporate clients and guests.
• Review daily Direct Bill submission in DocMX and process accordingly to Hotel policies and procedures.
• Raise invoice for direct billing of rental and other charges to tenants and other entities.
• Review and maintain Deposit Ledger listing on daily basis. Ensure deposit received from customers are in accordance with the term of the contracts.
• Review and process Credit Application form for new customers before submission for assessment by Cluster Accountant.
• Organise and schedule Monthly Credit meeting and prepare minutes of meetings for review by Cluster Accountant and Assistant Financial Controller.
• Finalise AR Aging Report for review by Cluster Accountant and Assistant Financial Controller. Provide details on all long overdue receivable noted and the follow up actions to be taken.
• Prepare month-end journal entries for all AR-related adjustments and accruals when required.
• Attend to all queries received from other department relating to deposit, invoice payments and commissions.
• Assist with any other task or duties assigned by the Cluster Accountant and/or Assistant Financial Controller as required for business purposes.

• Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable & Credit function
• Experienced in F&B / Hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficient in SUN and various Microsoft Office Applications.
• Flexible with working hours and possess a strong commitment to ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English to meet business needs.
