Job Description
Summary
The Cluster Lead will develop and drive strategy for long-term diversified growth of the business for the South-east Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. He/She owns the full P&L and is accountable for leading the continued development and engagement of an inclusive and high-performing team.
Key Accountabilities
Business Performance
: Maximise cluster's operating performance and achieve set targetsExecutive Leadership
: Lead cluster strategic growth plan, associated financials, and drive performance and growthRelationship Management
: Create value-based relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholdersTalent & People Leadership
: Enable a sustainable and high performing team through people development and talent managementAlignment and compliance
: Ensure operation is in alignment and compliance with global policies and industry practices at all timeAttributes
The ideal candidate shall be a strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset. He/She must bring along proven track records in general management capabilities in leading change and driving commercial growth across multiple markets.
This role follows a hybrid work arrangement and is open to candidates who can be based out of Singapore or any of our countries in the SEA Cluster.
