CLUSTER MANAGER

(A leadership position)

Responsibilities

Cluster Manager (CM) is responsible for managing a cluster of Post Offices with clear goals to lead & mentor teams of Branches Managers & Service ambassadors to deliver top execution, focuses on customer centricity and engaged a one team spirit while maintaining a high level of discipline in area of compliance.

Cluster manager possesses strong leadership qualities to drive transformation, mentor and groom future post office leaders on key capabilities & functions in pursue of continuous improvement.

Key responsibility of CM includes by ensuring branches' consistency in implementation in alignment with PON strategic key deliverables.

  • Conduct surprise checks & oversee daily operations at PO touchpoints
  • Ensure stipulated control procedures are complied by Branch Managers
  • Manage service escalations & sales targets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for the setting up / closing of Post Offices
  • Approval of Time & Attendance timesheets
  • Cross functional projects collaboration
  • Ad hoc projects to improve operation efficiency, process excellence & build effective omni-channel experience
Requirements
  • Cluster Manager must possess strong leadership qualities, lead by example & obtain management skills that inspire branch managers to drive customer centricity across PO touchpoints & execute strategic change management initiatives, whose strategies will encompassed all 5Ts values.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, decision-making and reasoning skills are of utmost importance.
  • Prior management of branches experience of 5 years or equivalent Diploma/Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Certified training in Yellow Belt Six Sigma (is an advantage)
