That is why our community and volunteer activities are at the heart of what we do. As a Cluster Manager, you will head and manage a cluster of Active Ageing Centres (AAC). Our Cluster Managers guide and work with the cluster\'s respective centre-in-charge (CICs) and key stakeholders to develop, improve and implement plans to inspire, energise, and celebrate joyful living for our seniors.You will need to

• Implement initiatives that will enhance the quality of our offerings through extensive partnerships with external expertise, and internally across clusters, agencies and disciplines
• Drive solutions to update and upgrade systems, structures and equipment to improve clusters\' centres\' operations and maximise resources
• Support and groom CICs through formal learning, mentorships and coaching
• Develop best practices to create a culture of excellence
• Keep abreast of trends in the eldercare industry to stay competitive and up to date with the centres\' service offerings

Qualifications:

• Masters or Degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology or other relevant fields or Diploma with relevant working experience
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership/management role, preferably in community or healthcare sectors

• Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
