Who we are Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole Group, world’s 12th largest bank by total assets. Our Singapore center, Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP) , is one of the 3 main IT Hubs for CA-CIB's worldwide business with over 800 IT staffs covering Production and Application Development activities. We work daily with international branches located in 33 countries by supporting their IT solutions and envisioning and developing the Bank’s futures information systems.

Department and Position The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade…), Back Office (Summit, Calypso…), Market data referentials (Asset Control..), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies). The Repo and Secured Financing (RSF) IT division, works across the full value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration. “Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many front line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. We are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers. This role is a great opportunity to onboard the IT banking domain, with a fundamental learning of what the Information System of an investment bank is. It provides step by step learning, starting from Level 1 support, moving to level 2 and finally being part of the continuous improvement and evolution of new applications and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities Operations Management

  • Provide a technical expertise on Murex application (v2 and v3).
  • Optimize end of day batch.
  • Improve STP performance.
  • Manage Murex services.
  • Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly run.
Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams)
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Analyze and manage incidents.
Change Management
  • Production deployment and validation
  • Software development life cycle process
  • Automate tests
  • Performance analysis
  • Production releases on weekend
Problem management and continuous improvement
  • ITRS Geneos monitoring implementation.
  • Solve recurrent incidents.
  • Collaborate with build team to assess the priority of problems and follow-up the resolution, even contributing to the definition of long term solutions.
  • CI/CD implementation.
The Support analyst should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, improvement of the quality of service. The Candidate should have a strong appetite in the capital markets functional business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications and Profile Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in MUREX.

Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelor and above degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance).
  • Intermediate or senior level experience (min. 5 years).

Shift Timings
  • Work in shift for ASIA or EMEA region : (9am – 6:30pm SGT) (3pm – midnight SGT)
  • On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support
