Job Description
Location: Changi North Cres
Industry: Aerospace (US MNC)
Working hours: 7.30am - 4.48pm (Mon-Fri)
Transport Pick-ups: Seng Kang, Kranji, Tampines, Pasir Ris
This is a Permanent role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop CMM programs for New Part Introduction (NPI)
- To support the calibration lab with complex gage and fixture calibration,
- Engage in improvement initiatives.
- High level of CMM programming skills
- Ability to assist in maintaining calibration lab activities,
- Offer technical support to the production cells.
- Train and hone QA inspectors\' CMM usage and basic programming skills,
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, and continuously improve inspection methods and procedures.
- Provider of solutions and cooperative member of a team.
- CMM programming knowledge, preferably experience with PCDMIS (Brown & Sharpe)
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of parts drawings
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Good command of English
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and organize work, willingness to multitask.
- A Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent, plus at least two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
