Job Description

Strategic Project Lead with extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of complex engineering and IT integrations. Proven track record in orchestrating cross-functional teams of engineers and developers to deliver high-stakes projects, including CMMS data builds, maintenance documentation (MEL/SECE), and large-scale system migrations. Expert in risk mitigation, vendor management, and ensuring seamless operational handovers through rigorous UAT and end-user training for a project on a residential basis in China.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 8 years of project management experience, featuring at least 5 years leading large-scale CMMS/EAM implementations (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM). Proven track record in high-stakes, asset-intensive sectors such as Oil & Gas (FPSO/FLNG), Chemicals, Power Generation, or Advanced Manufacturing. Mastery of PM tools and frameworks, including MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence. Deep understanding of maintenance engineering, reliability-centered maintenance, and full asset lifecycle concepts. Expert in business process redesign, data migration, system integration, and organizational change management. Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex conflicts. Polished stakeholder management and presentation skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership. A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
