CNC Machinist (Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineer) Working days & hours: 5 days 8.45am - 6pm Salary $2500 - 4000

- Company provide transport for pick-up and drop-off (opposite Boon Lay MRT).
:
- Supervise daily production activities in wood fabrication, segment rings, converting centre (gasket) & train a team of production employees.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials requirements & assigns to leader / employees.
- Follow up with production schedules vs actual work completed: i. Gantt Chart to monitor production plan progress. ii.Create production BOM list for each production order received for operational plan and control.
- Ensure proper handling of machines by operators and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure availability and proper housekeeping of all cutting tools
- Supervise and motivate the production leaders and operators to meet the datelines.
- Responsible for the set up and operation of the CNC machines including Autocad drawings preparation.
- Prepare and verify dimensions of gauge/jig designs.
- Prepare production inspection criteria and conduct in-process QC inspection on the products.
- Conduct investigation on product non-conformity & maintain non-conformity records.
- Maintain production processes to continually raise efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting especially panel saw & CNC machine. Ensure minimum downtime with systematic troubleshooting method.
- Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and PDM (Predictive Maintenance) activities as according to schedule plan.
- Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence.
- To train and manage technician and staff on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the session regularly.
- Perform any task assigned by the superiors from time to time.
Requirements:
- CNC programming, AutoCad 2D, 3D is a must
