Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)

Perform CNC Milling operation for precision parts as per drawing or technical specification

Job Responsibilities : (Key responsibilities of the job)

Perform raw material checks, setting and machining according to Work Instruction
Study and understand process before machining.
Perform in-process inspection and record on checklist.
Use proper and right tools in process.
Perform daily housekeeping
Check and ensure CNC programs are correct and updated when loaded.
Produce and modify metal parts according to drawing specifications.
Ensure accuracy of work by using measuring instruments.
Ensure the output meet required specifications and quality goals.
Carry out other duties assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in precision metal machining.
Familiar and competent in using precision measuring instruments.
Able to interpret technical drawings and knowledge in GD&T.
Able to work Independent, self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized
Able to work in rotating shift
NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical/Precision engineering
