What\'s your objective, day to day?

• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC)

• Machine, maintaining quality and safety standards.
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set-ups and operates CNC Machines which includes CNC Lathe, Turning & Milling 2. Operates the CNC Vertical Milling Machining & Horizontal Boring Machine 3. Operates non-conventional machines. 4. Set ups, operates and maintains all measuring equipment, tools, gages and fixtures to ensure accuracy. 5. Performs basic equipment maintenance like cleaning, added coolant / hydraulic oils and removal of cutting chips. 6. Reads and interprets engineering drawing, symbols, special notes, general tolerances and technical specifications. 7. Highlight or issue NCR for non-conformance found or discrepancy in the process. 8. Keeps records and maintains equipment and supplies. 9. Adheres to company\'s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality. 10. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

Hands-On Experience Experience with the following CNC Machines & Controller;

• Doosan Puma 400L (Lathe & Turning)

• Doosan Puma 480L (Lathe & Turning)

• KAO MING KMC-1500 (Vertical Milling)

• MAZAK E650 HS2 (Lathe, Turning & Milling)

• FANUC & Mazaktrol

• Exposures on Solidworks or MasterCAM will be an advantage

Qualifications 1. Education : Minimum Diploma or Certificate from Vocational/Tech/Eng School of Studies 2. Communication : Able to read, converse and interpret in English 3. Experience : Minimum 3-5 years experiences in operating CNC Machines with particular emphasis on CNC Lathe, Turning & Milling (Horizontal and Vertical) 4. Comfortable working on lengthy rotating shifts
