Job Description
- To perform CNC Machining according to drawing requirements which includes machine set up:
- Being able to select tooling (work with Toolroom).
- Enter and edit programs.
- Clamp, secure and align work holding and fixtures, identify datum’s & offsets.
- Produce first off components to the drawing instruction and dimensional requirements.
- Maintaining required standard throughout the manufacture of the batch
- Fault find, trouble-shoot and adjust machinery if out of standard/specification.
- Responsible of program control.
- Make sure machine was running at all times and plan for next job in advance
- Upkeep machine condition, work with maintenance department.
- Min SPM / certificate in Engineering field.
- Min 3 years related working experience from precision machining manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in CNC Milling machine, 3/4/5 axis machine centre
- Team building and team participation, positive attitude.
