Position: CNC Miller (5-Axis Experience Required)
Location: Central
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications.
Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and ensure optimal machining parameters.
Monitor production quality and troubleshoot machining issues promptly.
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precision.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
Employment Details:
Basic salary starting from SGD 2,000 (commensurate with experience).
Working hours: 44 hours per week.
Overtime available with rates ranging from 1.5x to 2x.
Expected gross salary exceeding SGD 4,000 per month with overtime.
