- To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheets using Mastercam.
- To troubleshoot and assist machinists with CNC programming issues.
- To analyze, review, and recommend improvements to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
- To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
- To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis, and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
- To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability-related issues.
- To design fixtures and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.
- Minimum 5 years experience in using Mastercam (Milling).
- Preferably with a minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work (Familiar with oil and gas products).
