Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work along and assist Program Manager in Engineering Work and Technical Documentation.
- Manage and provide supervision to the engineering aspects of a project.
- Co-lead with the Program Manager and engineer the project from tool fabrication to mass production.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor and ensure timely projects deliverables according to program managers project schedules.
- Attend tool trial, part evaluation, analyse technical problem and propose solution to program manager.
- Execute project plan and ensure project tasks are well carried out within stipulated time frame and budget.
- Liaise internally with project team members and externally with customers on technical matters.
- Organizational skill - able to prioritize workloads.
- Communication skill - able to speak, write and present effectively.
- Keen attention to detail - able to focus and maintain close attention to detail.
- Decisiveness - able to assess and gather facts to form the basis of a decision.
- Problem Solving - able to analyse and persistent in resolving problem.
