My client company is a global leader in energy projects, technologies, systems, and services.

Responsibilities:

• Process owner for machining CNC process creations and deliverables
• Responsible for machining CNC process creations and standardization
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, production, planning and procurement for machining process related activities
• Drive, improve and standardize the machining CNC process
• Involve in other activities such as VSM, Gemba walk and new product manufacturing projects
• Liaise with external tool supplier to procure new tools
• Liaise with vendor for fixturing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Precision/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years hands on working experience in CNC multi-tasking machine tool (WFL) especially in oil and gas, automotive, ordnance or aerospace industries
• Minimum 2 years\' relevant working experience in a CNC multi-tasking machine tool (WFL) programming in oil and gas, automotive, ordnance or aerospace industries
• Strong understanding in CNC machining concepts with experience in machining process plans, tool selection, first article proofing and machine tool evaluation
• Mill-Turn CNC machining process (Like WFL, Mazak) creation capability is preferable
• Knowledge in 2 or more machine controller is preferable
• Detailed & Strong knowledge of Unigraphics-NX CAD / CAM, NX Post software, Vericut, and other simulation software
• Able to read engineering drawings and understanding GD&T requirements
• Strong knowledge in cutting tools and fixturing
• Possess good interpersonal, and planning and communication skills.
