Duties & Responsibilities

Managing documents related to Machining
Production Planning, Tool Planning, 2D and 3D CNC Milling Programming
Examines the need for training and providing on the job training
Check machines and inform to maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Inspection the jobs in process (various stage) and final stage product
Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machines and materials
Ensure proper unit and efficiency to meet delivery schedules
Supervise and maintain control of the unit activities
Provide training and guidance to Leads and Operators. Make recommendations decisions pertaining to their recruitment, performance review, disciplinary measure, authority to dismiss, leave application and overtime.
May require additional or special hours to support production
Any other assigned adhoc duties

Requirement

Diploma in Mechanics
Able to work under pressure independently & as a team to meet tight deadlines.
Highly motivated self-starter with good organizational, interpersonal and communications (written and oral) skills. Possess initiative, high energy level and proactive mindset.
Willing to hands-on.
