Operates CNC milling machines to fabricate precision part according to drawing.
To interpret mechanical drawing and fabricate according to its requirements.
To create CNC program according to drawing requirement and to always upgrade programming skills.
To check and inspect fabricated part using measuring tools.
Plan and analyse to complete fabrication work according to production schedule.
Seek guidance from supervisor on the best processing methods.
Work closely with QC inspector to resolve quality issue.
Perform daily machine maintenance and weekly preventive maintenance.
To upkeep the overall department cleanliness and comfortable environment.
Add hoc operations as and when needed.

Candidate must at least possess Professional Certificate.
Experience in precision fabrication work on CNC turning with programming.
Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.
Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication.
Able to work overtime when required to support production demand.
Able to work on night shift when required.
