Responsibilities

Prepare CNC turning / milling / turn-mill programs by CAM software to complete all machining operations.
Proper tooling selection for cutting metal materials including low alloy steels, stainless steels, Inconel & Chrome-based steels.
Perform tool path simulation by CAM software before submitting for application on CNC machine.
Troubleshoot programming related issues and work closely with production to support first article (FA) qualifications and daily production orders.
Generate in-house engineering drawings where necessary.
Participate non-conformance investigation and layout corresponding findings and actions.
Well interpretation on engineering drawings, documents and production routers.
Great teamwork and collaboration to improve productivity and products quality.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve on-time deliveries of customer orders.

Job requirements

Diploma in Precision / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experiences in CNC programming.
Knowledge in AutoCAD/Solidworks and MasterCAM is a must.
Past involvement and knowledge in continuous improvement projects for identified areas.
Experience in Turn-Mill machine and programming would be advantageous.
