\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in the differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines
\xe2\x97\x8f Adhere to all food hygiene standard and procedures
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide excellent service experience to all customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimize wastage of goods
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to prepare all beverage items according to standard recipes
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all equipment stays well maintained
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that the service area is kept clean and always organized
\xe2\x97\x8f Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period
\xe2\x97\x8f Creative in brainstorming ways to attract new crowds through defining and expanding services and products
\xe2\x97\x8f Promote coffee consumption by educating customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Assess guests\' needs and preferences and make recommendations
\xe2\x97\x8f Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
\xe2\x97\x8f Multitasking & Communication Skill
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and basic latte art skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Passion in providing outstanding and positive customer experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable working long shifts if required, and on weekends and PHs
\xe2\x97\x8f Relevant qualification for barista course
\xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable to be assign to Sentosa outlet for somedays
