Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities with the aim of maximizing sell-through results through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain a proactive and customer-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Uphold the company\'s policies regarding the appearance and maintenance of the store counter.
• Cultivate customer loyalty and strong relationships with the brand.
• Assume responsibility for store inventories.

Requirements:

• We welcome candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment or a similar role. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Genuine passion for the retail industry with strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Excellent team player with a pleasant personality, a service-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards acquiring new skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to commit to retail shifts five days a week, including weekends & PH.
