We are looking for a Coffee Service Ambassador to join our exciting Nespresso B2B commercial team. In this position, you will elevate Nespresso Professional value proposition to achieve its business and customer experience ambition by providing unique coffee experiences OOH. You will educate customers on Nespresso Professional brand, products, services and sustainability commitment - with a strong focus on the world of Coffee and Nespresso Professional Coffee for a meaningful, tasteful and memorable experience.

A day in the life of\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to plan and review Professional Coffee range to help ensure it see to OOH customers needs and preference.
  • Together with Marketing/Project Manager to Develop the Launch Strategy/ Plan of all new coffees innovation/ revamp and coffee machines
  • Ensure the relevant updates to the current portfolio across all touch points and assets
  • Work closely with the Channels (Horeca and Offices) to ensure coffee/ machine training are covered and enable them to share with their customers
  • To develop, review and implement Nespresso Professional Coffee Masterclass
  • Elevate Nespresso Professional awareness and appreciation internally through planning of activities, competitions and seasonal recipes.
  • Conduct Visits to selected Key Accounts for both Channel to ensure machines at operating optimally, feedback from customer is address and be the 2nd point of direct contact for customers
  • To work with Account Managers to plan and conduction engagement activities to ensure coffee experiences
  • Assist in retraining request from office pantry operators, Hotel housekeeping and F&B staff
  • Assist in training and installation and troubleshooting for CRC accounts
  • Conduct Visits to TOP 10 CRC HVC customers (Semi Annual visits)
  • Assist in training and installation when AM on leave
  • Engage prospects and customers during selected sales pitch/ tasting activations
  • Create and Maintain a Library of diverse Professional coffee recipes to elevate customer experiences with Nespresso
  • To work with external vendors to create innovative coffee recipes for special events like Coffee Launches, Michelin Gala and Industry Nights
  • To keep up with latest beverage trends and consistently research and implement new taste/ sensory experience for customers
What will make you successful
  • Diploma level in one of the following discipline, Business Administration / Economics / Marketing / or extensive practical experience
  • Coffee knowledge
  • Basic knowledge in project management
  • Detailed knowledge with the Windows environment
  • Customer/ Service oriented
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical skills (good with numbers, identify problems, trends and suggest solutions)
  • Plan, prioritize and manage time, resources, budgets etc.
  • High level of fluency in English and the local language (written and oral)
