Summary
As the Co-Innovation Manager, you will be in touch with the corporate partners (CMA CGM group entities and their partners) and startups supported by ZEBOX. As part of your responsibilities, you will also be supporting the hub manager in onboarding all the corporate partners and following them along their journey with ZEBOX.

You will ensure that corporate partners are engaged in the ZEBOX programs and satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analytical perspectives to help clients understand the new trends, innovation, and key drivers within the expertise of the Group CMA CGM and their partner ( supply chain and logistics, maritime and energy sectors)
  • Build a framework where several corporates can co-innovation and be aligned.
  • Identify strategic business goals, understand the organizations, and leverage to propose a practical approach for co-innovation
  • Design, facilitate, and lead innovation workshops with CMA CGM entities and their partners cross-industries to analyze pain points, design problem statements, and find relevant innovative solutions.
  • Capable of convincing and aligning all the stakeholders during this journey of innovation
  • Think out of the box to create a solution with the stakeholders to their innovative ideas or challenges (eg matching with startups, venture build, co-projects\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Creative thinker you are problem-solving oriented and give hands-on support where needed
Requirements
  • PhD/Master\'s degree
  • Min 7 years of experience in the innovation ecosystem in Asia Pacific - such as in an open-innovation consulting, venture builder, etc.
  • Passionate about playing a role in developing the future growth drivers in Maritime and supply chain, with a strong interest in emerging trends, future industries, and technologies
  • Ability to understand new subjects and synthesize data and insights into clear and concise written messages
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively effectively with and across multiple corporates to achieve common goals
  • Ability to work successfully within large MNCs and at the same time with small, unstructured teams from startups
  • Self-initiative and an ability to work well independently and comfortable with multi-tasking and ambiguity
  • Strong team player in an agile environment; versatile and open to learning, exploring and experimenting
  • Ability to research and analyze effectively and work toward very short deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; is adept at engaging a range of internal and external stakeholders across seniority levels
**This role is opened for local employment only.
