What the role is:COI-SCM - Snr Exec/Asst Manager/Dpy Manager/Manager (Supply Chain Management)What you will be working on:Sell the benefits of our center\'s consultancy services and programs through effective communication with top, mid-management and operations staff in multi-national and small and medium sized companies with supply chain functionsConduct process review and digitalisation enablement programs involving Office 365, RPA, Low-code apps, Gen AI and potential other areas to industryImplement innovative and impactful digitalisation and LEAN process projects to industrySupport outreach events with setup and assisting in demonstrationsWhat we are looking for:Business development:A self-starter that actively keeps abreast with business needs and can quickly put together proof-of-concepts to meet business needsSell to both business leaders and operations staff the benefits of process and technology innovation.Familiarity in implementing:Office 365 tools (including Power Automate, PowerBI, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc) and Google Workspace/Cloud tools like Google AppsheetRPA software such as UiPathMotivated to explore, learn and apply new technologies, like Generative AICandidates with prior experience in various supply chain management roles, a strong track record in sales, industry network and in using and implementing digital tools to improve agility in supply chain processes, may be considered for more senior positions.About Republic Polytechnic:The first educational institution in Singapore to leverage the Problem-based Learning approach for all its diploma programmes, Republic Polytechnic (RP) has seven schools offering courses in Applied Science, Engineering, Management and Communication, Hospitality, Infocomm, Sports, Health & Leisure, and Technology for the Arts.
