You will:

• Prepare cold dishes, salads, hors d\'oeuvres, and buffet items according to the company\'s recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food items are prepared and stored in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
• Ensure that all food items are presented in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
• Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and clients to ensure their specific needs and requests are met.
• Assist with menu planning and development as required.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Assist with kitchen operations as needed, including preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Check the quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

• Experience in basic pastry and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Love for sweets and desserts will be a bonus!
• Knowledge of various pastry techniques such as meringue making, dealing with chocolate, etc.
• Ability to follow all hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication skills. Training can be taught in English or Mandarin.
• Great physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
