Job Description

As a Collateral Account Manager, you are the owner of the Operational Collateral Relationship with a key client or a portfolio of clients and will be the main point of contact.

Your key responsibilities:

Building and maintaining the operational relationship Understanding the business profile and needs of your client portfolio and representing them internally Awareness, monitoring and proactive follow-up of your client activity across different collateral products Ensuring client satisfaction by providing added value services to your client Supporting your client with specific portfolio analysis to optimize collateral allocation Acting as external and internal facilitator for any ad hoc escalations Keeping your relationships aware of all new services and changes that impact their activity with Euroclear Bank Working together with Commercial Relationship Managers on issues related to clients or with Product Sales Specialists in Commercial Division

Qualifications

Technical skills

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Institution, knowledge of settlement, or corporate actions, or new issues is an asset. Understanding of financial markets and knowledge of securities Experience in Collateral Management team is a plus Excellent command of spoken and written English Good command of spoken and written Chinese/Cantonese is a plus
