:

The Collateral Client Services Analyst is primarily responsible for contributing to the build-out of JPM\'s Collateral and Margin service appropriate to new and emerging regulatory landscape. You will be a part of our Collateral Management team assisting in resolving relationship issues and significant client matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Dispute resolution with regards to large disputes or credit sensitive customers.
  • Collaborate with senior risk, tech, and sales partners to evaluate and manage credit risk across APAC clients
  • Perform portfolio reconciliations on trade portfolios as part of regulatory requirements
  • Investigate valuation discrepancies on derivative trades across all product classes (FX, Rates, Equities etc)
  • Special focus given to clients with sensitive relationship such as Japan, hedge funds etc.
  • Timely resolution of incoming queries regarding a client\'s portfolio.
  • Driving process re-engineering and improvement across dispute management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent client communication skills and telephone manner and a strong ability to build client relationships
  • Must be highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel formulas, and Word) skills.
  • Strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of OTC Derivative products or similar background.
Preferred Qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken Japanese (N2 and above) is a plus as the team covers Japanese clients
  • Fluency in Japanese is a plus.
