• You will manage and execute Order to Cash or Collection Helpdesk processes
• You will support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
• You will be providing status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
• You will be asks to provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement.

What are we looking?

• Bachelor's degree holders in Accounting or Business-related courses
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in Order to Cash processing
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in hard core collections in a BPO industry (Collections Support) preferably Business-To-Business Collections (B2B)
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
• Willing to go back on-site once recalled

Good to have skills:

• Experience in Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability)
• Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
