What You'll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Drive a people-first culture -- hiring, training, and mentoring your team Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and coffee experience Manage rostering, stock, and cost controls to achieve business goals

Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives, upselling, and guest engagement

Work closely with senior management to grow the CMCR brand and guest experience

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in F&B Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills Passion for specialty coffee, good food, and creating a welcoming guest experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
