We are a newly opened cafe which runs as a cafe in the morning till noon and as a restaurant evening till night! We are a group of young passionate chefs who are working towards our dreams and goals in opening a cafe/restaurant where we can share our passion in creating food and pastries. Job Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills & knowledge.

• Basic planning & management skills.

• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.

Job scopes:

• Mise en place for daily operations:

• Cooking stocks

• Cutting, chopping, slicing

• Prepping side dishes

• Other ad hoc duties

• Ala minute cooking - when trained.

• Plating and dishing out food.

• Assisting chef in kitchen.

• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
