A critical role within the Finance team, the Commercial Assistant Finance Manager oversee the commercial processes in the organization, handle day to day business analysis reporting, manage account leads, and recognize business opportunities. Strong technical, communication, and accuracy are key requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• To support Commercial Finance Controller on regular Business & Financial reviews with account leads, and also support management by providing financial & commercial analysis for each client account.
• Tacking the overall client financial health \xe2\x80\x93 Revenue, Cost, Profitability etc
• Ensure compliance of client revenue recognition policies and guidelines.
• Assist in revenue budgeting and reporting procedures, ensuring that the numbers are reliable, stable and accurate.
• Working with internal and external auditors, ensuring policies compliance in place.
• Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to be carried out with high accuracy and timeliness and developing process to ensure quality reporting variances to be fully explained

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 8 years of working experience and 5 years in Commercial Finance environment, ideally in Advertising/Entertainment industry
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage all levels of the organisation with credibility
• Strong Business acumen with commercial focus and knowledge
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Ability to lead and drive team members
• Systems knowledge: Spectra (financial system), Hyperion-HFM (reporting system), Powerpoint, Excel.
