As the Digital Product Solutions Specialist, you will serves as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) in supporting client engagements and interactions across different industry verticals in the APAC region and globally across a number of channel integration oriented functions and disciplines. These include: client advisory and education; end-to-end client integration requirements, technical solution; RFP and RFI responses; client presentations; product demonstrations; pricing and sales training.

With specific emphasis on digital connectivity and innovative technical integration solutions for client Treasury and Finance landscapes, coupled with a deep understanding of our Payments product solutions, you will be responsible in supporting Sales team with client engagement activities through the entire sales and deal lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Function as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) across the bank\'s digital channels, Application Programming Interface (APIs), open banking and emerging technologies integration solutions in Asia Pacific
  • Support Sales pipeline by working directly with International Coverage Executives (ICEs) and Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) to develop and deliver multi-channel value proposition to our clients
  • Participate in client thought leadership discussions such as client roundtables, white-boarding workshops and industry conferences as required
  • Supporting the Sales in the RFP process, product demos and presentations
  • Manage commercialization strategies and plans for Digital Channel Products
  • Engage with internal product partners to understand the impacts of changes associated with Digital Channels Products, including new processes, tools, communications and training
  • Conduct training to internal stakeholders on Digital Channel products, and partner closely with cross line of business product counterparts, Commercial Banking global solutions teams and the Commercial Banking Coverage organization across various time zone
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in cash management across product, implementation and technology related roles, preferably have industry experience in Digital Channel and emerging technologies/ (electronic channels, SWIFT, Application Programming Interface (APIs), host-to-host and Banking Portal)
  • Highly motivated individual with strong business acumen and advance technical expertise in digital channels connectivity and payments
  • Strong client engagement experience and influencing skills
  • Expertise and experience in industry technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g. JSON, ISO 20022 XML, SWIFT gpi and g4C, etc.)
  • Good Knowledge and eloquent on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space
