Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned

Lead Business Analyst

with 10-12 years of experience in the

Corporate & Investment Banking

domain. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment across business units, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and supporting ESG initiatives within the Commercial Data Platform.

Act as a strategic liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are clearly defined and aligned with

ESG and CIB

goals. Lead the definition, validation, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business reporting and regulatory requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and delivered through the data platform. Support data governance and quality initiatives to enhance commercial insights and ESG reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking, with exposure to ESG-related data initiatives preferred. Proven ability to operate in a strategic capacity, coordinating across multiple business units and managing stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of

data platforms

and business intelligence tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
