We are currently seeking a Commercial Excellence and Knowledge Management Specialist for the Commercial Excellence Team in Sartorius BPS Sales & Services organization.As a Commercial Excellence & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and scaling commercial (sales and customer service) capabilities. In this role you will work with global and regional stakeholders to define and drive initiatives, improving the effectiveness of our commercial organization and strengthening customer focus. You will be part of a high-performing global team with strong regional connections, creating a regional support hub for commercial excellence.If you are keen to work at a global level to drive the effectiveness and profitability of a commercial organisation, we look forward to receiving your application.In this job you will have the opportunity toBuild commercial capability at a regional level, co-creating and rolling-out commercial excellence playbooks, best practices, and toolkitsOversee and manage improvement project from initiation to completion and hyper-care support, closely monitor and report on the progress to senior stakeholdersIdentify and implement innovative strategies and tools to drive effective knowledge sharingCreate and manage knowledge-sharing platforms such as company intranet, online databases, MS teams channelsTrain and onboard the new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for all employees addressing employee concerns and providing cross-functional supportConduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure data relevance and applicabilityStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in knowledge management to ensure the effectiveness of the company's knowledge management strategySupport the organization in maintaining a work environment with a customer oriented and quality mindset that fosters learning, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork, inclusion & diversityYour qualificationsMasterxc2xb4s, Bachelor degree in business administration or related field3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Knowledge Management or similar roleProven track record with deep knowledge and experience of multidisciplinary and matrix/cross-functional team managementFormal project management training or certification is an advantageOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organizationA strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their execution.Strong change management and strong assertivenessExperience working in an intercultural environmentFluent English is a must, additional languages are an advantageSee above - will be finalized by RecruiterAbout SartoriusSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
