The Company
This is an excellent opportunity to join a US MNC with impressive growth across established and emerging markets. Due to evolving business needs, they are recruiting a Commercial Finance and Pricing Lead to look after the APAC region.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance and Pricing, you will collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to enhance revenue growth through the formulation and implementation of effective strategies throughout APAC. In addition, you will play a vital role in maximizing the company\'s profitability by creating innovative commercial and competitive pricing strategies and structures that support the expansion of new service segments throughout the APAC region. This includes conducting thorough business case modelling and presenting potential opportunities and new market prospects to senior stakeholders. Engage in problem-solving exercises with stakeholders by closely collaborating with product teams. This involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Foster strong business partnerships by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies and the implementation of plans for new markets. Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of best practices. Facilitate knowledge sharing across the APAC region to drive the adoption of best practices.

Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in commercial finance or pricing ideally in a large MNC within Retail, FMCG or Technology industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge in financial modelling and excellent analytical skills. We are seeking a strong problem solver with high level of accountability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
