You will be responsible for driving the commercial growth story and building a top calibre team from the ground up.Currently we are building a high calibre Founding Team talent pipeline for commercial leaders as we nail the optimum leadership flying formation. This includes CEO, CCO and CRO profiles.**Please note, for this role you will ideally already be based in Singapore with the right to work. • As a Commercial Founder, you'll be responsible for taking the venture forward through deeper operationalisation, commercialisation and scale
• You'll bring the work done on the venture deeply to life, all whilst critically evaluating and further validating it as you go on your journey of scale
• Youxe2x80x99ll deeply embed yourself with customers, creating a scalable solution which has unparalleled potential, in partnership with the CTO / CPO Team
• Youxe2x80x99ll build a high impact team around you and find effective ways of unlocking all the opportunities available to you through Rainmaking APAC and your corporate investor & sponsor

Requirements

• Youxe2x80x99ll bring entrepreneurial depth having built a number of B2B businesses (ideally technology / SaaS), either through the corporate route or xe2x80x98in the wildxe2x80x99. You know what execution takes and arenxe2x80x99t afraid to roll your sleeves up
• Youxe2x80x99ll bring strong business development experience and commercial acumen required to unlock all the partnerships, commercial opportunities and distribution to take this venture to scale
• Youxe2x80x99ll understand taking SaaS into highly technical, traditional industries such as maritime, supply chain and logistics and others. You understand sales cycles and how decisions are made in these environments.
• Youxe2x80x99ll be customer obsessed, looking to immerse yourself ASAP within this value chain and use your effective skills of pattern recognition to further develop a unique solution in this space
• You have a strong grasp of breakthrough technologies and have proven experience working with a CTO / Technical Co-Founder and highly technical teams to create best-in-class products and customer experiences.
• Youxe2x80x99ll be a top class leader who operates with integrity and is able to effectively build and engage teams on this exciting journey.
• Youxe2x80x99ll have a global outlook and experience scaling in different markets - this is a technology we plan to take into the history books and create real legacy with.
