Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for:
1)Business Management Report
-Prepare monthly management report
-Update and compile monthly retail sales report
-Consolidate monthly purchase orders and update in tracker
2)Cross functional support within North Asia region
-E Commerce: To assist in the coordination of packshot/writeup submission.
-Supply Chain: To monitor OOS situation for key skus and assist in forecast update.
-Marketing: To consolidate findings from Retail Specialist and conduct competitors market research and promotion tracking
-Trade Marketing: To be actively involved in planning, organizing and executing trade marketing activities within the market
3)Administrative Support
-To provide basic administrative support ie packing and preparation of fedex shipment to retailers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:

• Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan - July 2026) for a full-time internship.
• Strong verbal and written skills in Mandarin & English.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office tools - primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
