On behalf of our client, a reputable local shipbuilder, we are seeking an experienced

Commercial Manager

to drive their new building business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a well-established marine industry player.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand key client relationships with ship management companies and ship owners Prepare tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close ship repair contracts, costing Identify new market opportunities and gather market intelligence Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams to deliver results

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related discipline 5-8 years' relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in sales or commercial roles (newbuilding preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
