• Degree in Business/ Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a MNC and matrix environment
• Experience with contract commercial terms review negotiation is a plus.
• Good understanding of relevant contract terms, finance and commercial aspects of orders.
• Good understanding of major value drivers of customer P&L and customer\'s decision process for capital goods investments.
• Ability to create, interpret and apply contracts in an autonomous way during negotiations with customers based on B\xc3\xbchler standards.
• Project management skills including effective and efficient working style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communicator - verbal and written.
• Ability to bring people together to find solutions and to mitigate risks.
• Willingness to travel.

As a Commercial Manager based in Singapore (Regional Headquarter for South East Asia), you will reporting to the CFO of our region and be responsible for :

• Ensure the commercial management of customer orders in the region.
• Support sales and operations teams in all commercial matters.
• Manage customer and supplier negotiations on commercial topics and interventions in contract disputes.
• Assure the fulfilment of Operational Risk Management Directive (ORM), Compliance and any other internal and external rules.
• Develop and review Non-Disclosure Agreements, Agency Agreements, framework contracts and other contracts in third collaboration with specialist departments and/or external lawyers.
• Support Fulfilment and Finance Departments in project controlling, accounts receivables, contract and claim management.
• Support the development of trade financing concepts in collaboration with Financial Services.
• Be actively involved in sales & quotation activities.
• Represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders.
