Job Overview:
Support the Commercial process providing inputs to the tender submission and bidding process. tender submission and bidding process.
Prepare brief & enquiry for sub-consultant work packages.
Collate bid documents and prepare commercial proposals.
Min. Requirements:
Degree - Mech/Elec Engineering or Construction disciplines. Qualified Quantity Surveyor will be an advantage.
Prior experience in a project management discipline desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
3-years experience in a similar role.
Skilled with MS Excel and Powerpoint
Roles Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the bid process from initiation through submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
Review and analyse tender documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to extract key requirements and coordinate responses.
Support document management, formatting, and version control, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout - and collaborate with the graphics team
Liaise with internal stakeholders (technical, legal, commercial) to gather inputs and track deliverables.
Maintain and update proposal content libraries, templates, and checklists.
Prepare and format bid documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and timelines, keeping the bid process on track.
Track ongoing bids, actions, and responsibilities using project management tools.
Provide general administrative and project support to the Bid Proposal Manager as needed.
Awareness of H&S policies and procedures and impact on yourself and team
Ensure all staff members complete mandatory compliance training when required
Report any accidents, incidents, near misses appropriately
Reporting to the Head of Lead Design Consultancy working across all B&W APAC geographies as required
As a member of the LDC Team it is important that the post holder completes all compliance training in a timely manager.
