The Role
The Commercial Operations Support Analyst II (\xe2\x80\x9cAnalyst\xe2\x80\x9d) is responsible for supporting the quoting deliverables for potential deals within the Commercial Operations team. The Analyst will be responsible for developing an intimate knowledge of sales and quoting systems and be familiar with how a typical opportunity runs from quoting to it being a firm order. The Analyst will be engaged to assist on operational tasks, including, submitting BANs and orders to ensure that sales revenue is properly recognized especially during month end. The Analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders within the Commercial Operations team (i.e., Offer Management, Strategic Pricing, Contractual Management) and within the Quoting Ecosystem (i.e., Product, Complex Offnet Group) to help put together the deliverables for RFPs and large deals. In addition to driving accurate and competitive proposals for potential opportunities, the Analyst will also provide insight to activity and work with management to propose improvements to current processes. This role may include a mentoring role to junior analysts.
