The Role

The Commercial Operations Support Analyst II (\xe2\x80\x9cAnalyst\xe2\x80\x9d) is responsible for supporting the quoting deliverables for potential deals within the Commercial Operations team. The Analyst will be responsible for developing an intimate knowledge of sales and quoting systems and be familiar with how a typical opportunity runs from quoting to it being a firm order. The Analyst will be engaged to assist on operational tasks, including, submitting BANs and orders to ensure that sales revenue is properly recognized especially during month end. The Analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders within the Commercial Operations team (i.e., Offer Management, Strategic Pricing, Contractual Management) and within the Quoting Ecosystem (i.e., Product, Complex Offnet Group) to help put together the deliverables for RFPs and large deals. In addition to driving accurate and competitive proposals for potential opportunities, the Analyst will also provide insight to activity and work with management to propose improvements to current processes. This role may include a mentoring role to junior analysts.

Essential Duties
  • Evaluate and prepare the deliverables required to successfully respond to potential opportunities
  • Expedite quoting support process by facilitating requests with appropriate internal groups, coordinating completion, and ensuring timely responses
  • Provide commercial operations support for won deals, including, but not limited to submitting BANs and orders
  • Utilize current budgetary pricing tools (e.g., rate cards, regional pricing intelligence tools) to help provide a competitive response to Large Deals and RFPs.
  • Manage the Commercial Operations queue and help prioritize requests
  • Participate in Deal Qualification calls to ensure that the deals are properly prioritized and that there are resources within the team to respond to such requests
What We Look For in a Candidate

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience
  • Experience: 4+ years
  • Education Level: Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Field Of Study: Business, Marketing, Sales or related
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and SFDC
  • Ability to use PowerBI will be a plus
