The Commercial Skills Development Program is focused on growing both your commercial capabilities and career within Chevron, through multiple rotations that provide you with hands on experience in numerous key functions that are central to Supply and Trading activities. This development program is divided into several rotational work placements, of which the duration and content may vary, based on the successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s background and business requirements. The expected duration of the overall program is 24 months and the work rotations can include (but are not limited to):

• Commercial Analyst
• Operations
• Shipping
• Risk Control
• Value Chain Optimization

What you will learn and develop on the Commercial Skills Development program:

• Understanding of local, regional and global crude and/or product markets
• Learn key trading, operations and contracts terminology (including Chevron GT&C)
• Basic understanding of product specifications and product blending
• Ability to analyze the supply and demand balances, formulate a view on market direction and make a recommendation for trade
• Understanding of the use of derivative markets for risk management and speculation
• Understanding of exposure management
• Knowledge of trading and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of operations, planning and scheduling of shipments
• Knowledge of shipping, barge and other logistics

After the program: Your future assignments will be shaped by your performance, interests and development areas, as well as Chevron\xe2\x80\x99s evolving business needs. Your supervisor will review and guide your continued career development. Job requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in Engineering or Business or Economics
• Working experience in Oil & Gas or related industry preferred
• Strong performance history with a proven track record of delivering results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to collaborate and work with different stakeholders across business units and geographies
• Able to multi-task in fast changing markets and work with Global Teams located in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Houston and San Ramon

Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. International Considerations:
