We are seeking a strategic and visionary Asia Commercial Strategy Leader to spearhead the transformation and execution of commercial capabilities across the IFP Tissue business in Asia. This role will lead the development and implementation of strategies in Digital Commerce, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Shopper & Category Management, ensuring commercial teams are equipped to win in a dynamic, omnichannel environment.
The International Family Care and Professional (IFP) Segment in Kimberly Clark is a multi-billion dollar business that compromises of well loved consumer brands like Kleenex, Scott, Andrex and also the iconic B2B hygiene solution provider Kimberly Clark Professional. The Asia business unit covers Greater China, India and SEA, and is both a critical driver of growth and profitability for IFP globally.
You will be part of the Asia Growth Leadership Team that will help define strategic building blocks and execute our plans for growth. The role reports into the Asia Head of Growth and is based in Singapore.
