This includes planning and implementing all sales and marketing training programs and training events related to product knowledge, selling skills, role-plays, marketing excellence and skill development workshopsYou will build new commercial capabilities and strengthen sales capability development for Oncology business unit in SingaporeMain Duties & Responsibilities:Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in the training plan, including product specific training or skill developmentWorks with external vendors in the development of training materialsWorks closely with peer Trainers to develop integrated training materialsWorks with business unit directors and brand teams to identify and prioritize the training needs for assigned client teamAssesses the effectiveness of training initiatives in to determine if the stated training objectives have been metAssess current performance, identify capability gaps and support development planningEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experienceProven demonstration of leadership and successful working in complex cross functional teamsStrong communication, presentation & facilitation skillsStrong interpersonal & organizational skillsDesirable Requirement:Pharmaceutical marketing experienceTraining experienceExperience in Specialty care or Oncology.At AstraZeneca wexe2x80x99re dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
