Job Purpose

The Commercial Vehicle Technician will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and servicing, troubleshooting and repair of buses and other commercial vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

Commercial Vehicle Technician's duties and responsibilities are listed as follows:


Carryout periodic maintenance and servicing as well as corrective repairs of vehicles Update and maintain proper maintenance records Assist engineer and workshop supervisor in troubleshooting and engineering studies Adherence to safe work procedures and carry out works in safe manner Ensure workplace is tidy and clean

Qualifications and Work Experience

Technical institute in Automotive (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Min. 3 years of experience in vehicle workshop for interested parties without formal technical education.

Skills and Competencies

Good hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical. Good discipline in carrying out assigned task responsibly and on-time. Self-motivated, good working attitude and co-operative. Willing to perform over-time as and when required.
